Autographed pamphlet in the shape of his Stradivarius violin, signed by Rubinoff, noted violinist, and inscribed to Dr. Campbell. The front and back covers have photographs of Rubinoff's violin. David Rubinoff was born on September 13, 1897 Grodno, Russian Empire. He was a popular violinist who was heard during the 1930s and 1940s on various radio programs playing his $100,000 Stradivarius violin. He also performed in theaters, clubs and schools, and he gave several concerts at the White House during the 1940s. Rubinoff died October 6, 1986.
